38 Black Tea Party Republicans Running Against Obama & the Democrats
It has been reported in the UK Telegraph overseas.
Black Republicans offer hope after Barack Obama's failures on race

It has also been picked up by Conservative talk radio hosts like Laura Ingraham. It has also been picked up by Tea Party Conservative bloggers…. But that’s it!!! Why is that it? I’ll touch on that a little bit later on in this piece.
Every American (regardless of race, color, or what have you) is feeling the financial pinch strengthen as costs are increasing (due to Government demanding more from the businesses we depend on for food, heat, clothing, and so forth behind-the-scenes), and non-stop government greed. Democrats, desperately trying to hold on to their political power have been out there saying that the tea party is full of a bunch of racists and extremists, because not only do they disagree with the Democrat President and Congress, but they are shocked and mortified that they are losing everything that they worked for, everything that grants them security for their future, and the approach of a government working to collectively sweep up the remains. They, like myself, are FEELING the reality of this, and now, for the first time ever, have the guts to go out there and try to stop it. That is the real issue going on here. And many people from all colors and races know this firsthand.
Making History:
It is no doubt that Barack Obama was the first president that we had who has a darker shade of skin. Is that a surprise? Not to me. Why? Because America is not predominantly a racist country, regardless of what the left says. And remember, the truth is not usually on their side if you take the time to independently check out their claims. It is however a country in which people want to be able to write their own destiny. That is why people come here from across the world. Yet some people fall victim to an illusion, a manufactured frame of mind that states otherwise. This frame of mind works hard to convince people that those actually working to advance their success is the source of their limits, and those who are the source of their limits are working to advance their success. The engineers of this system work hard to at least keep them where they are right now, suppressing their means for which to properly progress.
Those Who Think Outside the Box:
Now-a-days, it’s difficult to find someone who knows at least a little something about Fredrick Douglass. This man, with the help of God (and he doesn’t hesitate for an instant about acknowledging that), was granted the wisdom to think outside the box, and slowly but surely, equip himself with the knowledge, information, and moral outrage inflicted on his soul from acquiring the knowledge and information he needed to escape the conditions he was subjected to.
Excerpted from his 1845 book, “The Narrative of the Life of Frederick Douglass.”
The moral which I gained from the dialogue was the power of truth over the conscience of even a slaveholder. What I got from Sheridan was a bold denunciation of slavery, and a powerful vindication of human rights. The reading of these documents enabled me to utter my thoughts, and to meet the arguments brought forward to sustain slavery; but while they relieved me of one difficulty, they brought on another even more painful than the one of which I was relieved. The more I read, the more I was led to abhor and detest my enslavers. I could regard them in no other light than a band of successful robbers, who had left their homes, and gone to Africa, and stolen us from our homes, and in a strange land reduced us to slavery. I loathed them as being the meanest as well as the most wicked of men.
Frederick Douglass experienced the strong reality of Ecclesiastes 1:18 where it says, “For in much wisdom is much grief, And he who increases knowledge increases sorrow.”
The Torment of Being Informed:
Douglass continues on….
The silver trump of freedom had roused my soul to eternal wakefulness. Freedom now appeared, to disappear no more forever. It was heard in every sound, and seen in every thing. It was ever present to torment me with a sense of my wretched condition. I saw nothing without seeing it, I heard nothing without hearing it, and felt nothing without feeling it. It looked from every star, it smiled in every calm, breathed in every wind, and moved in every storm. I often found myself regretting my own existence, and wishing myself dead; and but for the hope of being free, I have no doubt but that I should have killed myself, or done something for which I should have been killed. While in this state of mind, I was eager to hear any one speak of slavery. I was a ready listener.
Frederick Douglass’s story is compelling and revolutionary. If we continue on, we see a timeless formula forming applicable for any individual to get out of the rut that he’s in.
1. Search for the truth. Educate yourself. Don’t just take people’s word for it.
2. Be an open listener. When you resort to name-calling, emotional outbursts, or refer to hatred, that means that somebody is trying to cling on to what they have, and are not willing to let go of it. Lies are tools of deception that are dispensed to secure the status quo.
3. Trust in the Lord. Proverbs 3:6 says it best. “In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Truth will only be found by a person who truly seeks it. "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you (Matthew 7:7).”
Frederick Douglass not only worked hard, depended on God, and fought to know what the down-to-earth truth is. He was also exalted. He worked in the U.S. Government. He met President Abraham Lincoln for the first time in 1863. In 1888, he was the first African-American to receive a vote to be nominated for President from the state of Kentucky at the Republican National Convention.
The Next Chapter:
Right now, the Frederick Douglass foundation is asking members in all 50 states to inform them about who is running in this next election.

Right now, for the 2010 Mid-term campaign there are 38 Black, Tea Party endorsed Republicans ready, willing, and motivated to stand up to this Democrat President and Congress. But it is not being explained for a very good reason. The activist news media are trying to secure the 90% voting bloc the Democrats enjoy from African-Americans. The fact that 38 Black Republicans are running at one time is historic and revolutionary. Yet, the Democrats are trying to maintain their structure of power by trying to suppress the real down-to-earth truth in order to maintain the structure that secures the status quo, call those who simply tell the truth “racists,” and in that, try to discourage people from seeking out the information for themselves. Yet, regardless of this effort, the truth remains the truth. The only obstacle to truth is ignorance, and sometimes ignorance is achieved by the simple act of leaving certain details out. The only way to freedom in this day and age is to set aside hatred and division, and sometimes that requires one to risk one’s loyalty to one's own political party (especially if it’s blind loyalty), and be a ready listener.
