Stole the election?? Based on.....what?? Is that the problem here that you're a death cultist? A QAnon? Or something even worse if that's even possible. Just a wacked out conspiracist who follows Traitor with a cult like devotion and belief. Is that the problem here and what I've been arguing against? Because that would explain everything I think. Yes that would explain it all.
So far NONE of the lawsuits Traitor has brought has won. They've ALL been dismissed with extreme prejudice. THere is simply no proof or evidence of a stolen election. What is happening NOW are attempts by Traitor to steal the election. It won't work. But it seems clear to me now you would support and follow him no matter what he did. If he decided to bomb Detroit you would follow him. If he decided to surround the WH with his militia goons and stage a physical coup you would follow him. If he decided to declare himself dictator for life and aimed nukes at the USSC to back him up you would follow him. Yes, I think it's becoming clear now who I've been arguing with.
It's abundantly clear that you have put no thought or effort behind your words, and simply join in on advocating and echoing the narratives that the agenda driven media and Democrat Party promotes. I can assert that this is truly a cult following in the truest sense the word. In my argument, I could at least cite one example or two of statistical and mathematical evidence (where there is various irregularities in ballot counting-- this is how votes far exceed the number of voters in a given territory- like in WI, MI, and PA). You could at the very least cite something to help try and validate your argument other than repeat the media talking points, because that's all you're doing, and it's overwhelmingly obvious. Do you know how I know? Because too many in the media are completely and totally ignorant of how things work and especially how the legal process works. But no, all you're doing is parroting the media in their ignorance and expressing your own political biases, prejudices, and emotions. You need something more coherent than "you're a death cultist" as your response. All of what you stated about President Trump is all trumpeted by a media that is not only agenda driven and activist, but is now engaged in military grade propaganda to force its desired ends. There is no valid argument or factual basis to your claims, whatsoever. The very least you could do is provide an independently thought out argument and we can go from there, but no. There have been more victories than defeats so far in the legal world, and that is all I am looking at. But here's the kicker. If Trump's legal team is disregarded and dismissed by the courts in those states by activist judges, but it truly does has a powerful enough case, then the Supreme Court (which is above all of the other courts in terms of authority) will overturn their dismissals and be forced to look into and consider those cases. At any rate, I am going to add a few other things We have testimonial evidence, where hundreds of election officials came forward and signed affidavits testifying that they were instructed to do something shady or unethical (like postdate ballots that were brought in and created after the election was over), count votes that were coming in by the thousands for Biden, without a single Trump vote in the mix (something that is completely impossible). The digital evidence is being compiled as we speak regarding the suspicious activity in the voting machines, their software, and their servers. The evidence is being assembled with the help of top level technical experts, computer programmers, and software technicians. They are seeing how easy it is to change something this critical and heavy in its importance without even hacking into it. The forensic evidence It is being observed, studied, analyzed, and restructured to show how what happened, happened. The election process involves many protocols and procedures that are supposed to be followed by those working within it. This is the part that requires human involvement. This is the part that is the most difficult because it requires knowing exactly who who did what and to what extent. In a nutshell, the dynamics as to how the overall outcome was established is distinguishable, but the matter of how the little things came to be is in the process of being developed. Like I said before, the legal world is radically different from the media world. The world being set up by the media can easily be blind sighted and undercut, and then what would happen if the bottom fell out from under it entirely? It certainly would be interesting, and have dramatic consequences if it should, in fact, happen. Nothing you say appears to have any basis in fact. It has a basis in wild-assed conspiracy theory for sure. Just no fact. So far there have been no successful lawsuits regarding election fraud or stealing. None. Not a one. You say they're "being compiled". I say they're going to always be "being compiled". There is no evidence. The head of security for this abomination stated as much as was quickly fired with extreme prejudice.
This was a fair and free election you cultists want overthrown. That is why I say you hate America becuase that is not America or Americanism. We The People is the ultimate founding sentiment of our country. You and your ilk want to deny that foundational American idea. You are unAmerican, anti-American, undemocratic, unpatritoric and traitors to America. We had a full free and fair election. There was no fraud. No evidence of any fraud exists and it never will. So again, what has happened to you? Are you a QAnon? Now I'm really curious.

LOL!!! Their day in court (at the Supreme Court) and what is presented will be the only thing that matters, period. Nothing else.
The Chairman of the Federal Election Commission Trey Trainor said today that the Trump campaign is bringing "legitimate accusations" of election fraud to the court. He says that the "massive amounts of affidavits that we see in these cases show that there was in fact fraud that took place. And the other side really needs to answer these questions."
You said, we had a free and fair election? What made you change your mind? Was it because the Democrats TOLD YOU so?
The Democrats have called into question these past 4 years what Trump has been calling into question since at least 2012.
That said, my question to you is, were the Democrats lying then, or are they lying now?
The points are valid, so what's changed, particularly when you consider the fact that these problems have intensified for the worst? Nothing has changed except for further dependence on these systems, and now they say that everything is solid? Could these concerns only be arbitrary and work as a means to a multitude of desired ends? I'll tell you why they sounded the alarms. Because Hillary Clinton lost an election that was rigged in her favor. Donald Trump was winning an election that was rigged against him, but 6 states (all battleground states) shut everything down in unison, all at the same time for no coherent reason (other than the fact that he was winning big). It was considerably awkward, bizarre, suspicious, and unprecedented. It never happened before. I remember the election of 2000 like it was two weeks ago. That long drawn out process, and the chaos that went with that lasted for what, 37 days? The drama was so distressing to go though and the negative impression that it had lasted for years, had tremendous consequences, and put considerable heat on Florida. Today, Florida is one of the first states to be called, having their results streamlined and submitted in an accurate and timely fashion. Now we have 6 states now that are much worse than what Florida was in 2000? Is it that Democrats forgot how to count, and this cognitive malfunction is spreading from state to state? One thing is for sure, it's certainly going to be an issue that is going to need to be addressed because the instability this will inflict on democracy will be detrimental and have very serious life threatening consequences that will transpire really soon.

Questions. Blah. You got no questions. Only half-assed wild-assed conspiracies. I've got literally pages and pages of questions you've ignored. The ONLY pertinent thing is why do you reject "We THe People"? You are a traitor to America, unpatriotic, undemocratic, unAmerican and anti-American. The ONLY quesiton for you now is why don't you leave for Russia or someplace that doesn't believe in democracy?

Dave, I know a thing or two about psychology. I also know people who believe in conspiracy theories. One of the most effective ways to engage someone who believes in a conspiracy theory is to ask them detailed questions, because it is in the answers that will show you to what extent that person will have thought that belief through.... or not. I have been doing this with you, the whole time, and you adamantly and stubbornly persist in pushing the conspiracies you believe (peddled by the Democrat Party) and provided no answers and no details behind them. You really stepped in it a long time ago. Now you're neck deep in it.

"We The People" have spoken. Why don't you accept what the People have said? Why isn't doing that unAmerican, anti-American and traitorous to America? "We the people", real, actual, living, and breathing people have spoken. Ballots without people behind them are not "people speaking". The idiotic mail in ballot scheme has predictably mass produced an overwhelming amount of overvotes (where there are tens of thousands more votes than there are registered voters in various counties in, conveniently, those key battleground states), shifted votes by computer using a system that anyone could buy on eBay, that's easy to hack, as even those Democrats I mentioned earlier alluded to, one that Texas said (on three separate occasions) violated its election security standards, because of its potential for fraud. The problem now is that most real voters in this country have suspicions and doubts about this election. A poll conducted by McLaughlin & Associates just posted that "More than two-thirds of the nation says it is fair for President Donald Trump to ask for a recount in key states." It goes on to say that, "Sixty-seven percent of likely voters backed Trump's recounts where the vote margins in his race with Joe Biden were 1% or closer, which applies to states like Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Arizona." John McClaughlin, the pollster who conducted this poll (released November 26th) said, ""This seems to be a very disturbing and high number for the country that always prided itself to be the world's leading democracy." Lack of enthusiasm for Biden, high skepticism in the election results, tons and tons of discrepancies being revealed and presented in court now, and the activist media engaging in intense psychological warfare to put enormous pressure on the Supreme Court Justices so that they do not throw away the election, and resort to the backup plan which consists of having the election decided by the House of Representatives. It's one thing if the election was clear, decisive, and straightforward, regardless of what the results may be. But this is something else, something that is going to have incredible and devastating consequences on the ground. While the media is celebrating a "Biden win", another dynamic is festering, and will only get worse as Biden, assuming he gets in, with all of these factors working in the backdrop, overplays his hand and/or steps aside for Kamala to take over.

Traitor. You're grasping, flailing and squirming your ass off. You traitors have simply lost. You are traitors to America and all it stands for. You hate what it is. Well too bad it is what it is and will be what it will be. "We The People" is the founding precept of our Republic and itis realized through the ballot. The ballot. How can you be that ignorant and stupid not to realize that? How is "We The People" realized but through the vote as to our governance? "We The People" is everything. It is the be all and end all. It is everything that makes us American. We The People. We The People have spoken and there's nothing you traitors can do about it. We The People have spoken and have rejected an outright abomination to everything American. You are relegated to your nooks and crannies and holes and cesspools. You have lost. Hopefully forever. Lets hope this was your last chance, your last gasp. I can't say for sure but this might be it. You can no longer stop America from realizing it's true greatness in it's people. We The People have spoken. Nothing you retrogrades and regressives can do about it who seek a lost time of misery for some of the citizens. It's gone baby. Accept it or not. There's realy nothing you can do about it. Your time is gone, past, finished. Come and join us. Or not. You can tilt at windmills all you want to. It's done. This was your best chance at abomination and misery and We The People have rejected it. Go to your grand conspiracies and theories about conspiracy. Begone. You have outlived yourselves. To the scrap heap of history with you. A sordid and sorry history. Good bye and good riddance.
***Biden netted 132 extra votes after Milwaukee County recount
ROFLMAO!!! Oh mercy!! That was on helluva expensive recount! Wonder if he's tired of winning yet?

It's kind of funny how you, in your asinine rantings, profess how foolish, cocky, and dumb you really are in your blind hatred. All you do is go on hyper-emotional, incoherent rants. You express your folly regularly. You can't name any details about anything you believe or attest to. Yet you and everything you stand for is truly regressive. The dementia patient you call a president-elect is putting in old personalities from bygone eras, eras that people demanded change from 4 years ago. This regressive is trying to reinstall the very PROBLEMS that Trump actually fixed, because problems amount to political capital... or so they think. Trump was elected to fix problems, and he fixed many of them. He was re-elected by the people, real people. Breathing people. Nobody wants your dementia patient. I saw a clip of him being interviewed on Lester Holt, and it was like watching a train wreck. Biden was obviously struggling with his speaking and coherence, and Lester had to keep helping him along . I swear, it's getting more and more difficult to tell these true life events from satires because this nation, and especially your party and its many dangerous and foolish characters have become "a comedy of errors" in and of themselves. Perhaps this is why the satire website "The Babylon Bee" keeps getting censored off of social media sites. It's satire has become so close to reality particularly in regards to your side of the aisle, that people are having difficulty distinguishing the madness of your side with satirical comedy. And they see a political threat to your party in that.

Whatever Traitor fixed or didn't fix are history now. He lost gone fini. We The People have spoken and rejected evil and stupidiity and those that hate America. And accepted a new President. It's the will of We The People. Too bad you hate America so much you are unwilling to accept that but it's done and finished. I just wish all you traitors could be dealt with. Harshly. But I'll have to settle for the traitors among us who have broken laws to be prosecuted according to the law. For myself I'm never going to let you forget this sorriest period in American history. The time millions of Americans supported a traitor for president and followed him with a cult like devotion and hatred of America. You should be ashamed. Or if not I'm going to point it out every chance I get.
***Hey if you ever post again could you please squarely address this notion of this abomination and traitor pardoning his kids, his associates and most importantly himself. Do you think a POTUS can pardon himself? Oh and don't use any "whataboutery". Nothing compares to this. Nothing comes remotely close. It'd only be a distraction. Like comparing a pebble to a mountain. No comparison. So please address this notion of pardons.
I hesitate because by the time you get around to it he'll probably have committed a couple more abominations that knock this matter away. But it is what it is. Go.
***Yep, as I thought. Well after you address him sort of blanket pardoning his kids and himself could you kindly address if you support martial law and military tribunals and I guess an election being done over with the military supervising. So now you have two issues I'd appreciate you addressing.
Lets hope you respond before something else happens. Go.

So here's a few things I'd like you to comment on please:
1. What do you think about him issuing blanket pardons for himself, his family and his associates. 2. What do you think about him issuing martial law and military tribunals. 3. What you think about him now attempting a legislative coup. He's having his day in court, now he's literally going to the state legislatures trying to overturn the election.
Think you could comment on those three items please?

1. What do you think about him issuing blanket pardons for himself, his family and his associates.
The President is trying to shield himself, his family, and his associates from harassment by political aggressors after he leaves office. If his current plans fail, he plans to run again in 2024. So, it makes sense.
2. What do you think about him issuing martial law and military tribunals.
Honestly, it would add more and more layers of actual protection against the wide open free for all that occurred on election night. Everything would be monitored. There would be no trucks driven from New York to deliver pre-printed ballots to Pennsylvania. There would be no machines hooked up with an internet connection to China or Frankfurt Germany. There would be no opportunity to stuff pre-printed ballots in suit cases and wait till counting hours are "over" to add those ballots to the count. Martial law, in this capacity would enable a do-over, but would only be directed by the law, letter for letter. Political beneficiaries to the election process the way it went down, would rather remain everything be a free for all, and everything wide open so that everything can be done through the back door, like it was.
3. What you think about him now attempting a legislative coup. He's having his day in court, now he's literally going to the state legislatures trying to overturn the election.
There is no "legislative coup." Even Conservative publications like National Review are getting this wrong. What the Trump campaign is doing is constitutional, though it is exceptionally rare, and is best pursued when there is a dispute of serious and massive proportions concerning an election. The legislature can select the electors who vote in the electoral college. This power was ceded to the voters for years, but it is a power that can be taken back by the legislature at any time, especially in a situation as serious as this one. Bush V. Gore expounds on this notion in a very strong way. But because there was so much fraud conducted on such a massive scale in this election cycle, what Trump's approach actually does is it creates a sort of agnostic position in the sense that it's saying that the vote tallies have been compromised so badly, that we really can't tell who the actual legitimate winner of the election is, and so the emergency "backup plan" is going to have to be enacted to determine that. The legislature will then have to choose the electors and then follow the procedural steps outlined in Article 2 Section 1 of the Constitution. That will then determine it legally and constitutionally.
The Trump campaign's strategy in the state courts was to bring in a torrent of witnesses, IT computer experts, potential poll watchers, present evidence in various capacities, and disqualify the ballots that were conducted and counted in an illegal fashion. But their failure to do anything about these matters, and hurry up and steamroll their efforts to get Biden in, has called for serious consideration and implementation of these other options.

OK 4. Courts have looked at everything and found nothing wrong. No fraud no evidence of wrongdoing no facts presented nothing. So, you say what now?
They didn't look at everything. I honestly don't know if they really looked at anything, or if they just sat there and "humored" everybody just to check it off their list. You can't have all of these things happen, and say that nothing happened. Just the video alone of the suit cases stuffed with preprinted ballots being pulled out from underneath the tables when the counting was said to be "over for the night" is enough to say that something happened, even if that was (hypothetically speaking of course) the only thing that did happen. They're just ignoring what is being presented, when what is being presented is a violation of the law.
A Case in Point:
In my home state, I attended a meeting in 2012 about ballot tampering and election fraud. After every single election cycle, I would hear on the radio about how many dead people "voted" in the current election cycle, after every election cycle, how much rigging went on, how they would bus people in from the ghetto to vote (with incentives used to get them out), and nothing would ever happen to stop it. It was like an ongoing joke, but one that I did not find funny at all. This meeting was different. The law stated that certain procedures were supposed to be followed in handling, storing, and transporting ballots. The totes that contained the ballots were supposed to be sealed, and they were not sealed. They were supposed to be supervised. They were not supervised. And there were photos of the violations placed next to the texts of the laws and rules that were being violated. But, nothing to see here! We have the fairest and safest election system in the world, we were told. It was corrupt. But man, was it fiercely interesting.
I'm afraid what's happening in the courts now is similar to what happened here in 2012 with what I saw at that meeting. That's why you have to present the case to the state courts. Their ruling/opinion has to also be on record, so that the Supreme Court can weigh the evidence (or lack thereof) in light of the opinion/ruling given by the state court and what all led to that ruling/opinion. If the Supreme Court finds out that there was too much funny business going on, and the state court ignored it, the Supreme Court can hold them accountable. If there is not enough evidence to completely overhaul a national election (and there are many other factors to consider other than just the truth alone), then the outcome may remain as it is currently projected, but there will have to be serious reforms and stricter safeguards that will have to be enacted and enforced by law.
