It appears that the U.S. is the country most afflicted by serious storms- this is truly astonishing, the current Texas mini-conflagration. As I interpret, the primary reason a certain Devi is angry with the U.S. is the low quality and quantity of love and sex life- and relatedly, the low percentage of people who have physical beauty; a secondary reason would be, as in California, anger or displeasure over the low reproduction rate among the most rightful, or natural citizens, coupled with the high reproduction rate among the less so, including those who really shouldn't be citizens; are violating a karmic law, even though it may be legal on paper! Basically, only the descendants of European immigrants plus the Amerindians should be possessing the land; flourishing and reproducing; furthermore, some countries should still be permitted immigration here, even though we're overpopulated! Overimmigration has been going on for more than a century- even before 1947 which, according the the best wisdom, should have been a cut-off date for many or most immigrations. The goddess Renenet is always displeased by low Quality issues, in civilizations; afflicts, as also with Solar Storms and other things.

I have an entirely different approach to the subject of natural disasters, as I have seen how they have affected people’s lives, causing them to lose their homes, to lose their sense of security, and to lose their livelihoods, and start over.
Before I continue, I see that you believe that a “goddess” by the name of Renenet holds a grudge against the United States particularly, due to its sins of the past, collective habits, whether they be reproductive or habitual, and perhaps other “reasons” that are left unspoken. If what you’re saying, is in fact true, and these “sins” so to speak, are never to be absolved, then you would always have to live your life in fear of when and where they will “strike” next. Superstitions would control what you think, how you act, and you could never live in peace and security because there is no way to “repent” from these things, particularly because many of these things were committed so far in the past. And thus the cycle repeats.
God does not work this way.
In 2 Peter 3:9b we are told that the Lord “is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.”
This brings me to my next point.
Why are natural disasters allowed? Consider this. We, as a collective, are always busy, always out and about, and always “in our own world.” We really don’t examine our lives very much and don’t really care to examine our own hearts. If we were to die in our current condition, many of us would find very rapidly, that we are in deep eternal trouble. Things like these take people’s lives, and “shake our world”, if we are fortunate enough to survive. Though uncomfortable and strenuous, our lives and routines are disrupted, and confront us with the fact that we have no control over what happens to us. From there, many of us realize that we will have to start our lives over, and an overwhelming sense of anxiety, helplessness, and despair seems too strong to overcome.
Where God’s grace comes in:
After the devastation of these events has passed, God always sends people with a heart willing to help, and when they do, they show His face and His nature at a time when their need is at their greatest. God cares more about a person’s heart and their souls more than He cares about their comfort, leisure, and momentary feelings. He is always looking ahead to the potential He has stored up for them, and sometimes that means allowing things to happen that will help shape them in the long term.
1 Samuel 16:7b “…The LORD does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart."
God cares greatly about the condition of our hearts, because He wants to save us, and sometimes, shaking our world and starting over in life with a new heart, is the only thing that can save our lives, and our souls.
